Our Process

We will visit your home and conduct a free NCCA (National Carpet Cleaners Association) survey. We identify fibres and measure rooms using a laser
reader, clear costings are given, a quotation copy sheet will be left with you for your consideration. If you agree with our quotation, you will not pay a penny more, no hidden extras.

We can then arrange a time that suits you, on arrival we extensively pre vacuum all carpets that are to be cleaned using an industrial SEBO vacuum cleaner, this is an important part of our cleaning process, it is essential to remove dry dirt and dust before any cleaning takes place, this is often overlooked by many carpet cleaners.

Our safe and non toxic micro splitting system used in conjunction with top specification cleaning machinery really does remove deep down ground in soil and staining, leaving carpets residue free, which means NO rapid re-soiling problems.
